Dawn is very upbeat and super positive, which is necessary for a coach. Dawn never gets flustered and always cheers me on, especially when I’m feeling overwhelmed. I had a significant injury that has made working out challenging. Slowly I have worked with Dawn to know my body again. Dawn is very methodical and has an incredible wealth of knowledge regarding the body and how it works best. Dawn has supported me through my injury by creating many workarounds that still give a great workout. I gain strength without stressing my injury. Dawn begins a workout plan that gradually adds more components, building on the last workout. Dawn's philosophy on fueling the body is spot on with healthful suggestions for mealtimes, snacks, and pre and post-workout fuel. One of the most beneficial aspects of having a personal trainer is having a very knowledgeable person who has your back, creates workouts unique to your personal goals and needs and gives support when you need it.
